"I recently switched to State Farm for my Auto and Renters policies. In October, I made the 6 month payment of $1049.50 for the Auto policy. November 21, I made a payment for an endorsement of $49.83 . To my surprise, I received a check for $903.30 stating it was return payment from the termination of the auto policy. I never received a Notice of Cancellation. Stepanie Gonzalez has been working wirh me to get the policy reinstated and have that check reapplied Stephanie has worked with the Underwriter and billing department. They tell her they are working on it and have escalated it. The advised they did a Stop pay and reapply. Stepanie has been great at following up and communicating with me. Today, Underwriting advised that I deposit the check and make a payment because it was going to take an additional 30 days to process. I certainly hope that resolves the issue. Stepanie has great customer service skills and has been working dilligently to get this resolved. However, it seems like the Back Office has some issues. Please let Stephanie know how much I appreciate her help."
